So this morning I weighed in. had a lost of a half a pound. Even with not working out and really over doing it last night eating at the drive-in I still lost weight. I think it has to do with using ground turkey instead of beef and turkey sausage instead of pork. The ground turkey I get is 99% fat free.
Tomorrow our landlord is coming with his realitor to do a walk through of the house. We been cleaning all day and patching holes.. We have until the 1st to move.. So this month is going to be stressful.
